Now as I am adding the lost data….this thing takes 2-3 minutes for each entry. So I had to go to my last copy which was October 2020 so I lost a few months, I have the notes, indexes, and obit pics to show me what I lost. If February we had a surge in power while I had my tree open, when I tried to open the tree back up, it is now corrupt. I have had Family Tree Maker since Boardbond owned it, then ancestry took over and now MacKiev 2019. So frustrating! I Have talked to different people in “chat”, but they can not solve my problems. Am also ordered a guide about a year ago, but no sign of it yet. I did 2 books with the old version and didn’t have near as many problems.
One of these pages will only print the top half? Sometimes pictures are gone from the page with a red line around where it should be with a big ❌. First I had to delete / remove the “table of contents “, then remove the “index”, now I can’t start numbering the pages where I want to, after the “outline descendant report”, which I am using instead of table of contents.Īlso, could not load pages from my word program, so I had to cut & paste. Wondering if anyone else is having trouble producing a book in FTB 2019? I am trying to, but have had so many problems.
